We are currently improving our Box Office system to give you a better service and a better quality of provision including faster speeds, better accessibility and flexibility, the option to select your own seats online and more features to allow you to manage your own account with us.

While we are upgrading our box office system our online bookings are temporarily being handled by Quaytickets. Quaytickets is a ticket agency operated by The Lowry with all money raised from booking fees being reinvested in The Lowry Centre Trust. Booking fees are 10% per ticket and £0.95 per order for first class postage.
